She is experienced in both residential and commercial sales. Over the past 15 years, she has been the listing or selling agent for a number of transactions ranging from mobile homes at $30,000 to a complex commercial sale of $7,300,000. This is evidence that she is willing to take on a challenge, big or small. She has finished in the top 10 realtors in her office for a number of consecutive years and in 2004 was the #1 top producing realtor in her office of 55 sales associates. Deborah is a licensed Associate Broker; this qualification means she has completed more advanced Real Estate courses. She also holds a Certificate in Commercial Art, which is beneficial in designing effective advertising if marketing your property. Deborah has taken many extra courses offered by Royal LePage, which was previously Realty World and the South Okanagan Real Estate Board to update her skills. By attending these courses and conventions, she has made many contacts with other realtors making her referral network very strong. Repeat business is solid evidence. Many of her clients have been loyal clients for a long time, through more than one transaction. Deborah is enthusiastic, energetic, trustworthy and very hardworking! When you chose her as your Realtor you should know that she is always looking out for your best interests. Joe Peters Joe Peters was born in Vancouver and has lived in Summerland since 1991. Much of Joe’s experience with real estate comes from his father, Ken Peters, who has been a contractor for over 25 years. With growing up around the construction site, real estate sales were a natural interest. Joe began his real estate sales career in 2005 out of the Royal LePage office in Penticton. In that time, Joe has been the recipient of a few awards. Each year, Royal LePage REALTORS® are eligible to receive specific award designations based on sales performance within their local markets. This program is a national awards recognition program. In 2006, Joe was awarded the Master Sales Award for recognition of being in the top 11th-20th percentile of sales achievement and professionalism. In 2007, Joe was awarded the Director’s Platinum award for being in the top five percent of sales achievement and professionalism. Aside from real estate sales, Joe’s passions are real estate investment and stock investment. His interest in investments began when he was 16 years old and has been a major part of his life ever since, spending much of his spare time on security analysis (value investing). This interest has proven to be an excellent resource for distinguishing value for his clients in the real estate market. On a personal note, Joe also enjoys a good round of golf, winter skiing, running, yoga and weight training. Louise Schmur Louise has 20 years administrative experience working for a condominium developer, chartered accounting firm and the University of Alberta. Louise grew up in Edmonton and recently moved to Keremeos in spring 2007. Louise looks forward to working with Deborah and Joe to ensure all their client's needs are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner and to go that extra mile to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.

Deborah has lived in the Okanagan for 17 years beginning her real estate career in Kelowna in 1992. She now resides in Oliver, where she & her husband own a small vineyard.
